ULTRASONIC CLEANING AND DEGREASING EQUIPMENTS

Parts cleaning and degreasing system with ultrasound activation.
With ULTRASONIC, those areas more hidden and of difficult access, are no longer a problem of cleanliness, because the degreasing product acts with the same efficiency in the entire piece.
Ultra sound cleaning is effective and used in multiple types of parts, eliminating dirt and all traces of oil, mechanization emulsions, grease, rust, etc., ensuring excellent cleaning to each specific case or needs.
Able to be used in any material: from plastic to metal.
The equipments can be static tanks, with automatic charge or automatic lines working continuously.
The equipments in static tanks are used for washing parts in baskets or pallets. The number and position of the vats defines the washing cycle, which changes according to the parts typology. The transfer of one tank to another can be done manually to smaller productions, or in automatic mode, by racks or robot, for medium and bigger productions.
The installation in continuous line can be used to clean the parts placed in racks, in a conveyor belt, or in baskets.
